Educational Courses

Due to the accessibility nature of Online Educational Courses, they have a “No Refund” policy. Once access is granted, any and all amounts paid for said access becomes non-refundable.

Subscription Services

Subscription services are billed and paid for in advance and can be canceled at anytime subject to the specific conditions of the offer to purchase. Written notice must be received no less than three (3) business days prior to expiration of the subscription term. Notice can be an email from the registered email address on the account or in the form of a written request containing the user name and/or email address of the customer requesting such cancelation. Verbal requests WILL NOT be honored.
